Strawberry Conserve

Last made: 8-11 August
Long drawn out process (but end result well worth it). Strawberries currently macerating in sugar for 24 hours as
part of 1st stage. Making now as last batch all gone already.
OK, stage 1 complete. Having macerated for 24 hours the fruit was then boiled for 5 mins and is now sat covered for
another 48 hours before stage 3.
All done, stage 3 was boiling them for a further 15-20 minutes until setting point and they now sit in 3 1lb Kilner
jars looking a million dollars (you can have them for a bit less but as there are only 3 you had better be quick :)
