Mildly spiced crunchy summer vegetables in a vibrant yellow sauce. Gluten free. Improves if you are able to keep it for a couple of months. Summer in a jar for a winter's day.

Cauliflower, courgette, onion, carrots, green beans, sugar, gluten-free flour, turmeric, mustard powder
