OK, got to be honest here! This smelled quite awful when it was on the stove!

I love beetroot though so am looking forward to it melding over the coming weeks and being able to confirm that it tastes much nicer than it smelled whilst cooking

21st November - update Confirmed! I tried it with my Mam and brother yesterday and it is bloody gorgeous!

My own homegrown horseradish used too.

Beetroot, onion, homegrown horseradish root, sugar, white vinegar, salt, mustard powder, turmeric, white pepper
